David Herold
Principal
In addition to being a member of Endeavor Financing Solutions LLC, David E. Herold is a partner in the New York law firm Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP. At the firm, he serves as a Co-Chair Banking and Commercial Lending Group. With over 25 years’ experience in commercial lending, he represents institutional lenders financing multi-family and commercial properties and documenting credit facilities for middle market and small business borrowers. He has more than 20 years’ experience lending to condominium associations and homeowners associations. He has lectured on the subject of community association lending to trade groups and banks directly and he has drafted the form loan documents now utilized by multiple national lenders for their community association loan programs.
His experience representing association lenders makes him uniquely suited to find and address problems experienced by associations in the loan process.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1996.
Active in the community, he serves on the Board of Directors of Long Island Cares – The Harry Chapin Food Bank
