In the past 5-years, David and Amy have worked side by side to fund tens of millions in loans to homeowner associations and condominium association throughout the United States. Their collaborative work style allows them to engage successfully in the other common interest realty association (CIRA) lending space. For those who are not familiar, CIRA lending differs from both traditional commercial and residential lending.  Although the ultimate beneficiaries of the loan are the home owners, the loans are normally underwritten through each lender’s commercial department.  Having a team that is experienced in every step of the process is essential.  Having a team that is experienced as both bankers and attorneys in that process is exceptional.
