Amy Ostwinkle serves as the acting Principal of Endeavor Financing Solutions.

Amy’s education, professional background, and 32 years of Homeowner Association Industry experience allows her to provide clients with an exceptional level of proficiency and service. 

Her vast knowledge of banking, finance and HOA Credit has enabled her to build lending platforms for National Financial Institutions that work directly with condominium and community associations.

Her banking career encompasses more than 18 years of specializing in the industry-specific needs of communities. This expertise qualifies Endeavor Financing Solutions to provide services based on understanding the needs of the Association Boards and the communities that they serve.

She enjoys seeing firsthand the positive impact that capital funding can provide to communities.

Her passion for the finance industry and her job is shown through the support that she consistently gives to her clients. Her consultative approach to underwriting needs, project budgets, and term requests, will ensure loan process efficiency.

Her education includes Northern Arizona and Black Mtn College in the state of Arizona.

Amy is active in community groups in Cave Creek, Arizona, and in her down time she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
